• Engage with walk-in and online customers to understand their tech needs.
• Promote and sell computer products, accessories, and services.
• Generate leads and follow up on potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory updates.
• Stay updated on new products, pricing, and technology trends.
• Assist with basic store management and product displays.
• Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred (not mandatory).
• Interest or basic knowledge of computers, laptops, or IT services.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Fluent in English
