Job Description:
C-Valley Footwear is a growing footwear brand seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to accelerate our expansion in B2B distribution channels. This role prioritizes sales professionals who are fluent in English and open to travel. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have strong communication skills, and be motivated to meet and exceed targets. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and developing new wholesale clients and distribution partners, Driving product placement in key markets and regions across Canada and the United States, strengthening wholesale relationships, and supporting digital sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pitch, and secure new wholesale and distribution partners
  • Develop prospects through in-person marketing, product presentations, and client visits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale partners
  • Drive product placement and visibility within target markets and territories
  • Identify growth opportunities within the region, analyze sales metrics, and implement data-driven strategies
  • Prepare sales reports including activities, follow-ups, pipeline updates, and progress toward targets
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals

Qualifications:

  • Valid G-Class driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Proven wholesale sales experience, with background in footwear or apparel preferred
  • Post-secondary education in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette
  • Fluency in French is considered a strong asset
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to assist with light lifting and packaging of footwear products when needed
