To support this growth, we are looking for a highly driven, door-to-door sales professional who thrives on building relationships in the rural community and closing deals. Job Description The Role: This is a frontline sales role where success comes from getting out on farm, starting conversations, and building trust with dairy farmers. You’ll identify opportunities, assess farm energy usage, and present tailored solutions that deliver both cost savings and sustainability benefits. Key responsibilities include: Proactively prospecting and generating new business through door-to-door engagement with farmers Building strong relationships with dairy farm owners and managers Conducting on-farm discussions to understand energy usage and opportunities Presenting compelling energy solutions including renewable options such as solar Managing your sales pipeline and consistently closing new business Working with internal teams to deliver customised energy solutions for each farm Qualifications About You This role suits a confident hunter-style salesperson who enjoys being on the road and engaging directly with customers.
