Join Our Inspiring Team as a Sales Specialist to support the Sales Manager in promoting and selling Jotun’s Decorative products to new and existing customers, using Jotun's sales tools to build strong customer relationships, achieve targets, and help grow Jotun’s market share and profitability. This position is based is the east region and will report to the Decorative Area Sales Manager Responsibilities: - Appoint and manage Multicolor Centres and Inspiration Centres in the Eastern region. Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns to promote Jotun’s Decorative products and increase sales and market share. - Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and dealers through regular visits, addressing inquiries, and ensuring excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Introduce and promote new products, monitor dealer activities, and work towards achieving sales targets. - Execute sales strategies, marketing plans, and company policies to ensure business growth, consistency, and operational efficiency. - Ensure timely collection of payments as per assigned targets to maintain healthy working capital and minimize financial risks. - Actively track customer interactions and sales activities. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and responsive customer service. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER - University Degree. - 2 to 5 years of Sales experience suitable in Retail. - Strong interpersonal, communication skills - Flexibility to travel in country. -Proficiency in both English and French.
