Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Medical Laboratories, Life Sciences, Business Administration) is required. An advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the molecular diagnostics or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics technology and applications, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government and private sectors, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare administrators, and purchasing managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Technical Support, and Customer Service, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers as needed.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
