We service customers across Canada and the United States and are focused on growth, market share, and delivering outstanding customer service. We’re hiring a Territory Sales Associate in Seattle or surrounding area. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on sales experience in a new industry. Responsibilities: * Meet customers face to face within your territory * Call customers to discuss projects and purchase orders * Prepare material estimates and deliver samples * Train new customers on product use * Build demand with contractors, distributors, and other stakeholders * Maintain consistent customer follow-up Qualifications: * No sales experience required * Positive, outgoing, and confident communicator * Strong organization and time-management skills * Customer service experience preferred * Business or university degree required * Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle * Ability to travel up to 50% * Valid work authorization Compensation & Benefits: * $45,000 base salary + uncapped commission * First-year On Target Earnings: $60,000–$65,000 * Car allowance * Cell phone, laptop, and expense account * Health care contribution Full-time, permanent position with advancement opportunities Work Location: Field-based / On the road (Washington) #INDHP
