Job Title Sales Specialist, EI Job Description You are responsible for Focus on the development of Enterprise Informatics Imaging Informatics Product of Philips Health System. Serve as Consultant for implementing solution require a multidisciplinary approach, knowledge of principles, theories and concepts. Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Track and monitor order in-take (OIT) and Solution delivery (SR) pacing according to the Annual Operational Plan (AOP). Develops and implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Lead the solution consultation, works independently to provide advice within specific areas. Drives integral design of solutions, which base on customer intelligence, engaging with customers and local marketing with the goal to convert leads into clients. Knowledge of Cardiology and Radiology related software is a plus. Working with clients or other stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations. Handle complaints (safety & non-safety related) & Escalations to ensure accurate and timely analysis, registration. You are a part of Key talent of Health System sales team aims to deliver qualified service to customers in order to fulfill the business needs and Company standard. You will base in Hong Kong office and direct report to Health System Sales Head. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience Bachelor Degree or above major in Information Systems Technology, Software Engineering and Computer Science, Biomedical engineering or related field Minimum 5 years working experience in IT or Biomedical Engineering from medical healthcare industry is definite advantage Excellent business sense with sales-oriented approach and project management skills Excellent communication skills and able to interact with functional peer groups and maintain good relationship with external parties Good command of English and Mandarin At Philips, we believe that every human matters.
