J&J MedTech Surgery is currently seeking a Sales Specialist.
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for growing as well as supporting and defending sales in existing accounts across their designated territory across the J&J MedTech Surgery product portfolios.
We have an exciting and ambitious role within our team as a Sales Specialist covering North & East Yorkshire (York/Scunthorpe/Grimsby/Hull).
The role will report into the Regional Sales Manager and will attract a commission scheme in line with the current Sales Specialist structure.

PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION AND MARKETING

Leadership of customer training activities. Partner with Professional Education to develop and maintain associated KOL relationships as well as encouraging the effective use of the Company’s comprehensive Professional Education offering.

Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

  • Achieve agreed objectives and sales targets as outlined in the annual performance cycle.
  • Within allocated geographical region, interact and promote products to key customers and partners in secondary care.
  • Leads territory through the development of comprehensive business plans. Focus on value opportunities to grow and develop new business including taking competitor share and the adoption of new technologies whilst maintaining key customers and core business.
  • Lead and develop accounts and be responsible for the relationship between the company and the customer, ensuring efficient alignment of all efforts to improve impact of all activities driving growth.
