To support the continued growth of our Energy division at our Bonn headquarters, we are looking for a motivated and communicative: Sales Specialist Energy (m/f/d) We also welcome applications from experienced freelancers, career changers and ambitious sales talents with a strong commercial mindset and enthusiasm for renewable energy markets. Your Mission Proactively acquire new B2B customers via phone, digital channels and targeted outreach activities. Identify customer needs and develop compelling, value-oriented solutions around our market intelligence and certification portfolio. Manage and coordinate the entire sales cycle — from first contact through to quotation and closing. Build sustainable customer relationships through professional and personalised account management. Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure transparent and efficient sales processes. Actively contribute to the growth and expansion of our Energy division through your market insights and customer feedback. What You Bring Completed commercial vocational training, a business-related degree or a comparable qualification. Ideally, first professional experience in B2B sales, outbound telesales or consultative selling. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for sales and customer interaction. A confident, proactive and solution-oriented mindset combined with strong organisational skills. High level of self-motivation, ownership and reliability. Interest in renewable energy markets and willingness to quickly immerse yourself in new topics. Confidence in using CRM systems, digital sales tools and MS Office applications.
