We’re looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team and drive growth by connecting with potential clients, nurturing relationships, and closing new business opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, payments, or technology solutions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar sales platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow up consistently.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with EPOS systems, payment solutions, or related technology (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage inbound leads and follow up promptly to qualify prospects and understand their needs.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to track activity, manage pipelines, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase EPOS Bookings’ solutions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and maximise lead conversion.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our SaaS products, payment solutions, and services to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help improve product offerings and sales processes.
