Description We are seeking a high-energy, client-focused Sales Specialist to support and accelerate growth for our wealth management firm. This role sits at the intersection of event-driven marketing, sales-support activities to help Advisors, and CRM-driven pipeline management. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and confident in engaging with prospects in live settings, while also being disciplined and analytical when managing follow-up and sales processes. This is a visible, impact-driven role with a clear path for growth. *This is a non-advisory, non-licensed role focused on organic growth—not portfolio management. Key Responsibilities: Educational & Marketing Seminars Coordinate and execute educational and marketing seminars designed to attract qualified wealth management prospects Partner with external marketing firms and internal stakeholders to: Drive targeted attendance Ensure message alignment and event readiness Attend, co-host, or host events, serving as a front-line representative of the firm Engage attendees before, during, and after events with the goal of: Building rapport and trust Securing follow-up meetings and discovery appointments Track event performance and outcomes (attendance, appointments set, conversion metrics) Provide insights and recommendations to improve the efficiency of business development initiatives. CRM & Sales Process Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the firm’s CRM (e.g., Salesforce or similar) Navigate prospects through a defined sales and nurturing process, including: Lead qualification Follow-up cadence Status tracking and handoffs to advisors Leverage digital marketing tools and automation to support prospect engagement Provide visibility into pipeline health, follow-up activity, and conversion trends Sales Support & Productivity Projects Assist with sales initiatives that improve advisor productivity and prospect experience Support development of sales materials, event workflows, and follow-up processes Collaborate with marketing, advisors, and leadership on special projects related to growth Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and prospect experience Requirements Experience & Skills 2–5+ years in sales support, business development, client engagement, or marketing roles (financial services experience preferred, not required) Comfortable interacting with high-net-worth or professional audiences Strong working knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce or similar) and pipeline management Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident, personable, and naturally relationship-driven Ability to create engaging marketing content using contemporary design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms, to support seminars, campaigns, and prospect outreach.
