FitLab is launching a new group fitness experience where members can build their best selves with the help of world-class coaches, workouts, and a community. We are hiring for multiple locations in Austin including: Bee Cave, The Grove and East Austin.
All Membership & Sales Specialists team members shall strive to ensure that exceptional service experience is always provided to both FTVs (First Time Visitors) and members. Revenue generation and membership sales are also a heavy component of this position. Team members must understand the FitLab value proposition, membership packages, shift opening/closing requirements, studio sales process (consumables, memberships, and merch), back-end studio software system, and first-time visitor onboarding process. Additionally, all team members will be guided to the performance, activity, and behavioral standards outlined in the FitLab Handbook and the Ops Training Manual.
