JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our Sales Department at a TNFX - Dubai Office. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service within a fast-paced and exciting industry.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.]
• Fluent in English
• Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role within the Forex industry is a must.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, Forex trading platforms, and investment products.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and meet deadlines in a competitive sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and resolve conflicts.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Self-motivated and target-driven individual with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.

• Actively engage with existing and potential clients to understand their investment needs, provide personalized advice, and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the Forex market, trading platforms, investment products, and industry regulations to effectively communicate and educate clients about the company’s offerings.
• Generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and achieve individual and team sales targets through effective relationship building, negotiation, and sales strategies.
• Stay informed about market trends, economic events, and geopolitical factors that impact currency markets to provide timely and accurate market insights to clients.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with relevant information.
• Participate in industry events, seminars, and conferences to expand networks, represent the company, and promote its brand.
