About the Role We are looking for two energetic, friendly, and highly communicative Sales Specialists who thrive on interacting with customers and creating exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will go beyond simply selling products, you will build trust, connection, and excitement while ensuring a seamless shopping experience both in-store and for online orders. The ideal candidates are customer-obsessed, enjoy talking to people, and are curious and eager to continuously learn. What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional, warm, and memorable customer service in every interaction. Welcome every customer with positive energy, confidence, and genuine enthusiasm. Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions with strong selling techniques. Drive sales both in-store and across Gjirafa’s online platforms. Actively follow up on inquiries coming from social media, website, and other sales channels. Build long-term customer relationships and repeat buyers. Stay continuously updated on product knowledge and market trends. Support product launches, campaigns, and promotions with proactive selling. Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets. Maintain accurate POS handling and follow operational standards. Contribute to a positive, ambitious, and growth-focused team culture. What We’re Looking For Must Have: Natural friendliness and outstanding customer hospitality skills. Talkative, energetic, and confident communicator. Always smiling and able to create instant comfort with customers. Strong desire to learn and improve every day. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close. Comfortable selling across physical and digital platforms. Fluent in Albanian; English communication skills are nice to have. Availability to work flexible schedules (including weekends). Big Plus: Previous retail, hospitality, or sales experience. Enjoys learning new things quickly and sharing that knowledge with customers & interested in technology Experience using POS systems or handling online inquiries.
