EXECUTIVE – INSIDE SALES Job location – Colombo Job Responsibilities Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships. Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals. Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met. Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients. Handle inquiries and requests from customers in the territory and address their needs. Be up to date of the assigned accounts to ensure they are receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs. Coordinate regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business. Candidate Profile Minimum of 03 passes at the GCE Advanced Level. A minimum of 01 years’ experience. Part qualification in SLIM/CIM will be an added advantage. Experience in last mile delivery and customer service/sales will be an added advantage. Fluent in English and Sinhala (Ability to speak in Tamil is an added advantage) Computer literacy with knowledge of MS office packages.
