We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Specialist to join our Breast & Skeletal Health Commercial team in Tuscany, Italy. What To Expect: Drive sales growth, market share and business performance for our breast interventional and surgery portfolio in your territory Build and manage strong customer relationships, delivering excellent service, support and follow‑up Plan and execute a structured territory strategy and call cycle, focusing on the highest‑potential customers and opportunities Present and communicate product features, benefits and clinical value to varied audiences (clinical, technical and administrative) Use CRM and sales data to track performance, identify opportunities and shape your actions Travel extensively across the Central Region of Italy, around 70–80% of your time What We Expect: Proven field sales experience in medical devices, ideally surgical medical devices or radiology Strong understanding of the regional healthcare environment, customer decision‑making and clinical workflows Solid sales skills across prospecting, negotiation, closing and long‑term account management Confident communication and influencing skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different stakeholders Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software; data‑driven and analytically minded Fluency in English and Italian; other European languages are an advantage Holds a current driving licence and is willing to travel extensively So why join Hologic?
