JOB SUMMARY The Lead Catcher – International Reactive Sales manages and qualifies incoming international RFPs and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and alignment with the hotel’s commercial strategy. The role supports the International Proactive Sales Team by identifying revenue opportunities and coordinating internal follow-up to maximize conversion. Key Responsibilities * Review and qualify all incoming international leads and RFPs * Check availability and align with Revenue Management on pricing strategy * Support prepare and send proposals in a timely and professional manner * Responsible for handling room-only group inquiries * Evaluate business potential (room nights, ADR, seasonality impact) * Distribute qualified leads to the appropriate Sales Manager * Track lead status support follow-up strategy * Support follow-up and conversion strategy * Provide regular reporting on pipeline and performance Key Competencies * Strong commercial and revenue-driven mindset, Sales experience is important * Excellent organizational and time management skills, be able to multi task * Fast response time and high attention to detail * Fluent Japanese and the ability to communicate in English with international clients (business English preferred but not mandatory) Character Profile * Positive and proactive mindset * Not afraid to try new approaches and take initiative * Think outside the box * Eager to win and motivated to be part of a high-performing team * Confident in sharing ideas to improve processes and structures * Strong determination and resilience * Genuine hunger to win business At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
