QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Preferably, 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally within the foods or distribution sector. Fresh talent is encouraged to apply.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the North American retail and food distribution markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as required within the assigned territory.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

EXPERIENCE:

  • CPG/Consumer Sales: 2-3 years (preferred)
    Pay: $65,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product penetration in key markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Present and promote ITN’s products to retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Track sales performance, generate reports, and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to enhance product visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Provide input on product improvements and customer feedback.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends.
