Position Overview Leigh and Co. is looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on engaging with inbound leads and selling our carefully curated service packages. If you have a proven track record in sales, can maintain high conversion rates, and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Respond to and manage inbound sales leads with professionalism and efficiency. Sell predefined service packages, guiding clients through the options to find the best fit. Maintain a strong conversion rate by effectively closing sales. Conduct sales calls and presentations to prospective clients. Address client objections and questions with clarity and confidence. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and improve customer experience. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role with demonstrated success. Strong ability to close sales and meet or exceed conversion rate targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of organization and attention to detail. Familiarity with Hubspot CRM software and sales tracking tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Availability to work evenings 2x a week.
