Qualifications

• Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, deal negotiation, and closing transactions.
• Experience in Training or coaching, with the ability to share best practices and contribute to team development.
• Sales Management exposure, such as pipeline management, reporting, or supporting sales targets and KPIs.
• Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai property market or willingness to learn quickly.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic digital productivity applications.
• Ability to work on-site, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
