• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to deliver a positive guest experience and handle inquiries or issues effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close sales in a hospitality or retail setting.
• Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to help guide team members, support sales initiatives, and contribute to consistent performance.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, retail, or food & beverage sales is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are a plus.
