About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to help grow our restaurant and hospitality business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing in new customers, building business relationships, and generating sales through corporate accounts, events, catering, and hospitality partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new corporate and business clients.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Promote restaurant, café, catering, private dining, and event services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
• Explore opportunities with companies, hotels, offices, event planners, and other businesses.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to maximize repeat business.
• Meet monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with the restaurant operations team to ensure smooth client service.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in restaurants, cafés, hospitality, catering, or F&B.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai business and hospitality market.
• Confident in client meetings, calls, and presentations.
• Ability to generate leads independently and close deals.
• Professional, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
• UAE/Dubai market experience is preferred.
