JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our retail team, specializing in luggage and travel accessories. The Sales Specialist will play a key role in delivering exceptional in-store experiences, driving sales, and educating customers about our premium luggage offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 2–6 years of retail or sales experience (experience with luggage or travel accessories is an asset).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

  Pay: £4,000.00-£6,000.00 per mont

• Understand customer travel needs to recommend suitable luggage solutions.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and warranties.
• Maintain deep knowledge of all luggage brands and models in the store.
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Manage stock levels and assist in inventory control.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a courteous manner.
• Stay up-to-date with new arrivals, promotions, and industry trends.
