Do you want to make an impact, grow your career and take ownership? In this role, you’ll be a key driver of our growth in the sustainable food packaging market. With an entrepreneurial mindset, strong customer focus and a passion for closing deals, you’ll win new B2B customers and build long-term partnerships, including around our innovative Duniform® tray sealing concept. You’ll be responsible for the French-speaking part of Switzerland as well as the Bern region, working closely with our teams across Switzerland, DACH, and Benelux. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Acquire new B2B customers in the take-away and ready meals segment Build and maintain long-term, sustainable customer relationships Develop and execute a clear market and customer strategy focused on growth opportunities Identify customer needs and develop tailored packaging solutions Manage the full sales cycle: consulting, quoting, contract negotiations, and closing Monitor market and competitive trends to derive effective sales strategies Present our portfolio at trade shows, events, and customer meetings Provide basic on-site support related to product application when needed Maintain CRM data and provide regular sales reporting Close collaboration with Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Field Sales teams within Switzerland, as well as on selected cases across Europe YOUR PROFILE Experience in B2B sales, ideally in packaging, food, or the hospitality industry Exposure to or experience in the food service/hospitality sector is a strong plus Strong consultative selling skills and a proven ability to close deals Solid understanding of products and solutions, or willingness to quickly get up to speed Fluency in French is required, along with strong English skills and ideally German Self-driven, outgoing, and results-oriented, with a strong hunter mentality A team player who enjoys collaboration and knowledge sharing WHAT WE OFFER Attractive compensation package including a variable bonus and above-average benefits 5 weeks of vacation per year Company car for private use, including full cost coverage Laptop, tablet, and smartphone, plus a modern tech setup A dynamic work environment with opportunities to attend business trips, trade shows, and international meetings Structured onboarding and individual development opportunities within a stable, international organization A workplace in transformation, focused on sustainability, ownership, and strong team spirit HOW TO APPLY Apply online and include your earliest possible start date and salary expectations.
