JOB TITLE Sales Specialist | Majid Al Futtaim Properties | Shopping Mall Development Egypt ROLE SUMMARY The Sales Specilaist will lead and execute the strategic sales initiatives in Cairo’s competitive real estate market. The job holder will have a robust network with leading brokerage agencies, Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), and a deep understanding of the real estate landscape. ROLE PROFILE Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to optimize sales performance. Leverage existing relationships with leading brokerage agencies and individual agents in Cairo. Generate both direct and indirect sales in a highly competitive environment. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Cairo real estate market, including competitive market dynamics and property values. Oversee the sales process from pre-launch activities, agency briefings, and negotiations with potential buyers. Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards. Utilize SalesForce to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate detailed reports on sales performance. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field. Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a leading Egyptian developer. Proven track record in selling a diverse range of real estate properties, including commercial/administrative. Excellent communication skills. Proficient of the English language.
