Responsibilities

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

The Sales Specialist organization is seeking its third EMEA based front-line manager to join our rapidly growing team. This manager will lead a team of Strategic Sales Specialists - a new go-to-market motion where specialists align directly with sales teams to drive Service Hub, Operations Hub, and Breeze Intelligence revenue through focused existing and new customer selling.
Specialisation is a key priority for HubSpot in 2025, and this team sits at the center of that strategy. We’re tackling a massive opportunity: helping our existing customers unlock more value from HubSpot’s advanced products. We’ll be building new playbooks, running experiments, and iterating quickly based on what works. This role is ideal for an experienced sales manager who thrives in a build-phase environment and gets energized by creating new GTM motions.
As a manager on this team, you’ll have two critical mandates: build and lead a high-performing team of specialized sellers, while partnering with leadership to develop and test scalable playbooks for install base selling. Success in this role means not just hitting numbers, but helping shape how HubSpot approaches specialized selling for years to come.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of specialized sellers who combine strong sales skills with deep product expertise.
  • Drive team performance through targeted coaching on prospecting, territory planning, and technical solution selling.
  • Partner with Growth Specialist leadership to ensure effective territory coverage and team alignment.
  • Create and maintain a data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with PreSales, Sales, and Product teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Build and test scalable playbooks for install base selling that can be replicated across the broader organization.
  • Attract, recruit, and retain diverse top talent while creating a psychologically safe environment for your team.
  • Champion and maintain HubSpot’s culture of transparency, focused improvement, and HEART values.
  • Lead through change while maintaining high performance standards and team morale.
