We’re looking for a Sales Specialist who is ambitious, presentable, and ready to grow with us. If you’re hungry for success and want to be part of a fast-growing startup, this role is for you.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written). Arabic is a plus.
  • Presentable, confident, and persuasive communicator.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (media, marketing, events, or related services preferred).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment where flexibility and initiative are key.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a performance-driven sales position. You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. With a basic salary of AED 2,500–3,000 plus commissions up to AED 10,000+ monthly, the rewards are in your hands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and close new business opportunities in marketing, media, and production.
  • Present ALBAB Media’s services to potential clients with confidence and professionalism.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and achieve/exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects that meet client expectations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
