QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication skills in the local language and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • A skilled relationship builder with high energy and motivation.
  • Business-driven and capable of strategic thinking with a strong orientation towards services and solution selling.
  • Preferably, a good knowledge of the IT industry and an understanding of how the channel works, with experience working within a matrix structure. Ideally with a sales, business development, or product marketing background.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the Business Unit strategy in full alignment with the agreed strategy to grow profitable market share.
  • Drive sales and marketing across the portfolio, including new product launches and other business development initiatives, to optimize results.
  • Have a clear understanding of Smart meetings and Smart Signage.
  • Interact directly with sales leaders and other team members to capture feedback and share best practices on business, technology, and process improvements.
  • Find new partners/resellers to onboard them as TD SYNNEX resellers in the Norwegian market.
