• Personal Training qualification a distinct advantage.

• Working knowledge of the sports and fitness industry.

JOB PURPOSE

McSport is currently looking for a Sales Associate to join our showroom. We are looking for energetic, hardworking individuals who are passionate and dedicated in what we do to bring all their expert knowledge to our progressive business!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the Customer Journey from start to finish is a 5-star experience.
• Dealing with sales returns, complaints & Issues within the showroom.
• Ensure all Quotes are followed up by phone/email in a timely manner.
• Process Payments - Cash / Realex / PayPal / Vouchers etc.
• Manage and grow our relationship with our current customers.
• Log warranties for Cardio Machines.
• General Administration Duties.
