Work Flexibility: Field-based This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgment in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Roles typically require a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience. The job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires the ability to make judgments based on practice and previous experience. Promotes and sells a portfolio of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new customers. Informs customers of new product/service introductions and prices. Creates, monitors, and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline Sales: achieve allocated quota and gross profit target; ensure customer satisfaction: Create and maintain relationships with key hospital stakeholders Build a strong sales funnel, with the proper follow-up, to achieve the sales budget for the direct business in Thailand Lead the product demonstration and produce trials to customers to ensure they perceive the unique values of our features and benefits. Develop and maintain sales process & management for assigned franchise/territory Manage design and implement the product placement projects with the proper follow-up to optimize the return on investment, and to hit the yearly sales budget according to each project. Work with our 4PL distributor to prepare the quotation and specification according to the tender and the hospital’s requirements. Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conventions as directed. Work weekends, evenings, and Holidays as required on an emergency basis. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
