REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in ERP or SaaS environments.
  • Solid knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and functionalities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand business processes and map them to ERP features.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience as an Odoo Consultant or in a similar ERP sales role.
  • Odoo certification(s) or hands-on implementation experience.
  • Fluency in multiple languages Arabic and English is a plus.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist – Odoo to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Odoo ERP system, coupled with a strong background in B2B software sales. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored Odoo ERP solutions that meet our customers’ needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote and sell Odoo ERP solutions to small, medium, and enterprise-level businesses.
  • Understand client requirements through discovery calls and consultations and match them with appropriate Odoo modules.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and prepare customized proposals to showcase Odoo’s capabilities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with the implementation and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems.
  • Stay current with Odoo features, modules, updates, and best practices.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
