Role: Sales Specialist, Omnichannel Messaging Location: Singapore We are partnering with a leading telecom organization to hire a Sales Specialist, Omnichannel Messaging to drive adoption and revenue growth of omnichannel and CPaaS solutions across Government and Enterprise sectors. Responsibilities: Drive new logo acquisition and grow existing enterprise and government accounts Achieve and exceed sales targets for Omnichannel, RCS and SMS solutions Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting Identify opportunities in authentication, fraud prevention, customer service and engagement use cases Help clients move from basic SMS to modern omnichannel workflows (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS) Lead end-to-end sales cycles, working with internal teams and vendor partners Influence key stakeholders across business, IT and procurement 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in CPaaS, MarTech or telecom Strong track record in closing large enterprise deals and growing key accounts Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders Exposure to public sector procurement and tender processes Good understanding of CPaaS and messaging ecosystem Strong consultative selling, negotiation and stakeholder management skills Self-driven, resilient and results-oriented
