JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets and expanding our market presence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or wellness services.
  • Experience working with clinics, hospitals, or educational institutions is a strong asset.
  • Background in customer-facing roles (sales, client success, or account management) where relationship-building was key.
  • Familiarity with digital health platforms, SaaS tools, or healthcare IT systems (an advantage but not mandatory).
  • Ability to explain technical/digital products in simple, empathetic language to non-technical clients (like therapists or patients).

Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with clinics, therapists, wellness practitioners, and healthcare institutions to promote Optisych’s digital mental health solutions.
  • Educate clients about Optisych’s platform, explaining how it supports patient care, mental health management, and clinic efficiency.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and workshops for healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure adoption and satisfaction.
  • Collect client feedback and share with the product/operations team for continuous improvement.
  • Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and report progress against sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop outreach strategies tailored to the healthcare and wellness sector.
  • Stay updated on mental health trends, digital health regulations, and competitor offerings.
