THE ROLE: SALES SPECIALIST

Your mission? To convert leads into paying clients by showcasing the value of our tutoring programs.
You’ll be the first point of contact for many parents and students—building trust, guiding them through our services, and helping them take the next step toward academic success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• ✅ Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and DMs (inbound & outbound).
• ✅ Clearly explain our services, packages, and pricing.
• ✅ Offer free trial sessions or promotional discounts to encourage sign-ups.
• ✅ Proactively follow up with leads who haven’t yet committed.
• ✅ Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions using CRM tools.
