Overview We’re seeking a self-driven individual to join our MENA Sales team in a Leadership role. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to ROW Sales Director, you will be primarily responsible for assisting account applicants and following up with generated leads to drive new business. You will become a subject matter expert of FOREX.com’s products and services to present needs-based solutions. You must feel comfortable making outbound calls, taking inbound calls and be a key contributor to the team when liaising with general enquiries. As a Team-Lead, you will have seniority within the ROW Sales group, there is an expectation that you will develop the team and be an ongoing point of contact. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Facilitate the opening of new accounts for potential clients who have already indicated an interest in our platform Contact business generated leads Provide support for existing customers Educate new and experienced traders about the benefits of trading FX and CFD markets using FOREX.com’s platforms Handle incoming sales inquiries and client issues via phone, email, and live interactive chats Manage and track prospects, leads, and accounts through Salesforce.com Learn customer needs and be able to adapt sales pitch accordingly Take a Senior role within the Sales group, utilising your skills and experience to further develop the team Report on both regional and team performances, to ensure KPIs are met Qualifications Knowledge and Experience College graduate with customer service and/or sales experience, especially within a brokerage or financial services environment Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and a “service” oriented mindset Professional and friendly attitude Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment Persuasive phone presence to overcome objections Previous phone calling experience a plus Fluent in English and Arabic
Responsibilities
