For more information about Serva, please visit www.serva.sa Job Title: Sales Specialist Location: Saudi Arabia / Insite Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and close B2B sales opportunities for Serva’s SaaS products Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → demos → proposals → closing Conduct product demos tailored to customer needs (fleet size, use cases, operations) Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reports Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team Requirements 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS experience is a strong plus) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply Experience selling to enterprises, SMEs, or fleet-related businesses is a plus Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment Arabic (native) and English (professional) Nice to Have Experience in fleet management, mobility, logistics, or fintech SaaS Existing network in Saudi businesses or fleet operators Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnels What We Offer Competitive salary + commission Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling SaaS startup Direct exposure to founders and decision-makers High-impact role with real ownership and growth path
