Konecranes & Demag is seeking a driven Sales Specialist who thrives in customer-facing roles and understands industrial, mechanical, and electrical environments. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and delivering smart service solutions—this is your opportunity to join a global leader.

Based in Canning Vale and reporting to the Sales Manager - Service, you will be;

  • Selling service solutions including repairs, retrofits, parts, and modernisations
  • Scheduling regular client visits to maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Understanding customer operations and offering tailored, fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Collaborating with service branches to ensure smooth handover and execution
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records to track and achieve sales targets

Qualifications

  • Min. 2 years experienced in service sales, ideally within industrial, mechanical, or electrical sectors
  • Be technically minded—you understand how equipment works
  • Proven ability to work towards goals while actively engaging with customers
  • Be a strong communicator and confident negotiator
  • Be proficient with CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Have a valid driver’s licence and willing to travel within your territory
  • An Engineering background with frontline selling experience to achieve set targets
