We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving the sales growth of our products or services. We welcome candidates with excellent communication skills and sales expertise to apply for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the company’s products/services, achieving assigned sales targets.
  • Identify potential clients, expand sales channels, and conduct business negotiations.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients, providing pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends and customer needs, and provide feedback on market insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in various promotional activities and brand marketing.
  • Accurately record customer information, and regularly compile and submit sales reports.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • More than 2 years of sales experience of B2B and B2C.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Key Account (KA) sales experience in the UAE.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of teamwork; able to work under pressure.
  • Passion for sales, goal-oriented, and willing to travel as needed.
  • Preferred experiences in Home Appliances, Electronics Category.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
