Main Responsibilities of a Field Sales Specialist:
- Performing inspections for roofing, siding, windows, or other projects.
- Managing customer profile and CRM efficiently.
- Collecting deposits from clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all paperwork and job details are completed within 24 hours of a sale.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a working understanding of construction products and sales practices.
- Pays attention to detail
- Would prefer working with customers face to face
- Has an ability to work quickly and multi task
- Is good at listening to customer’s needs
- Is able to work with various types of people and effectively build relationships
Qualifications
- Negotiation skills
- Customer service experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Previous sales experience
- Proficiency in outside sales techniques
- Marketing knowledge

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
