Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist who understands weddings inside out and thrives on hitting targets. You’ll manage enquiries, convert them into qualified venue viewings, and then into bookings – all while ensuring couples enjoy a smooth, engaging and supportive journey.
This isn’t about cold calling – it’s about building trust, guiding couples online, and representing venues as if they were your own. You’ll work under our Head of Sales, partnering with stunning venues across the UK, and occasionally join open days or showcases in person.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the white-labelled sales team for assigned venues, managing enquiries from first contact to booking.
  • Deliver outstanding conversion rates from enquiry → viewing and viewing → booking.
  • Handle emails, calls, and messages with perfect grammar and polished communication.
  • Conduct virtual show rounds and follow-ups with professionalism and warmth.
  • Build strong relationships with venue teams, aligning sales activity with their goals.
  • Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met.
  • Work as part of a rota covering Monday – Sunday, 9am – 9pm, with shift-based flexibility to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
  • Champion the couple journey, ensuring every interaction is smooth, responsive, and memorable.
