Description Virginia Region Sales Specialist QSL Management (QSLM) is looking for a dynamic leader to support our sales teams. This leader must be core value driven and champion the phrase, "We Serve Others". They must be able to build and maintain a culture where team members can grow and thrive yet push for excellence in all areas of sales and operations. As the Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting a team of sales professionals to drive occupancy growth and achieve sales targets. This is a corporate position that requires strong leadership skills, senior living sales expertise, and a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales goals. Duties: - Develop and execute strategic plans to drive occupancy growth in the assigned region - Support and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and training as needed - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to make pricing suggestions and incentives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies - Monitor sales performance metrics and provide feedback to the Regional Vice President of Sales - Fill in for an vacancies in sales positions throughout the assigned region - Conduct regular performance evaluations of sales leaders and provide constructive feedback Experience: - Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field - 3+ years sales experience in the senior living industry - Demonstrated success in managing and achieving sales targets - Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities - Solid understanding of Sherpa or similar CRM software - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills If you are a proven sales leader and feel life should be more than spreadsheets, conference calls and report, then look no further.
