Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the National Sales Manager.
  • Assist in answering customer calls and sales representative emails.
  • Contact House Accounts to book orders.
  • Assist Sales Manager / Coach on reports and projects.
  • Generate sales reports.
  • Prepare return credit discrepancy letters for customers.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns
  • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Exercises exceptional customer service skills to optimize each contact with the customer/distributor by responding to their needs/requests.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Follows up with leads from trade shows to help facilitate a sale.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years prior experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, MS Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with ability to multi-task.
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Written and spoken proficiency in English & French.
