This Position reports to: Team Lead Sales Specialist Sales Specialist – Water & Waste Water (WWW) About the Role Take charge of ABB’s Water & Waste Water (WWW) segment by defining and executing sales & marketing strategies for Low Voltage Variable Frequency Drives (LV VFDs) and related solutions. Drive growth through OEMs, panel builders, EPCs, and end-users while ensuring strong customer satisfaction. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion business for Drive Product division at Faridabad Location in India. Key Responsibilities Develop & implement sales/marketing strategies for WWW applications using ABB’s Motion Drive Products (LV VFDs, drive panels, services). Achieve sales, order intake & profitability targets in line with business goals. Build senior-level relationships with customers, OEMs, panel builders, and EPCs. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings & opportunities to expand ABB’s presence. Lead business development – new OEM/customer conversions & strengthening channel partner network. Manage risks in contracts, pricing & customer agreements. Promote ABB solutions via exhibitions (Elecrama, IFAT, ABB events), seminars & case studies. Ensure sales funnel (SFDC) data quality & deliver regular performance updates. Qualifications BE/BTech (Electrical/EEE or related). 8+ years’ experience in: Front-end sales & business development of VFDs / drive systems Channel partner & OEM engagement (panel builders, system integrators) Segment sales in infrastructure/utilities (Water & Waste Water) More about us ABB Drive Products is a technology leader serving industries, infrastructure and machine builders with world-class drives.
