We are looking for a Sales Specialist for our partner in the industrial machinery manufacturing sector, who will actively manage international customer relationships, develop sales strategies, and contribute to the company’s global growth journey. Job Description Conduct customer visits abroad and represent the company in international markets. Prepare and present regular sales reports. Execute targeted sales strategies to achieve company goals. Follow up on invoicing and payment processes. Identify potential clients and establish communication on behalf of the company. Monitor industry trends and perform market research. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Work flexibly and proactively as part of a dynamic sales team. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields. 1–2 years of experience in the construction equipment or industrial machinery sector. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Analytical and structured thinker with strong organization, communication, negotiation, conflict management, and presentation skills. Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities. Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs and AutoCAD. No restrictions on international travel. Based in or willing to relocate to Mersin.
