Description
We are searching for a Sales Specialist for our partner company, a Germany-based subsidiary of a leading European corrugated packaging and carton manufacturer. With production facilities in Turkey and a growing customer base across Europe, the company is now building its first core team in Germany. This role represents the first pillar of our partner company’s commercial expansion in Germany. The focus is to build and manage long-term customer relationships while driving new business across Europe in the corrugated packaging and carton industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities in Germany and across Europe within the corrugated cardboard, carton, and packaging markets. Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular visits, follow-ups, and proactive communication. Plan customer routes and visit schedules; provide structured and regular sales reports to management. Manage the full quotation process: needs assessment, coordinating price requests with production teams, and tracking production and delivery timelines. Ensure clear, accurate, and timely communication between customers and production facilities regarding orders, lead times, and shipment details. Conduct market and competitor analysis; share insights with management to support strategic decision-making. Contribute to the establishment and development of the German sales operations as part of the first core team. Profile: Minimum 3–5 years of field sales experience; ideally 5+ years in the corrugated packaging / carton industry. Preferably born and raised in Germany, with strong familiarity with the local market and business culture. Fluent in German and Turkish; English at B1+ level is an advantage. Comfortable with frequent travel across Germany and Europe; a company car will be provided. Motivated to join an early-stage team and help build the structure from the ground up.
