Responsibilities: ● Analyze sales data, productivity ratios, conversion rates, and achievement metrics. ● Provide structured insights and actionable recommendations to managers and leadership team. ● Provide data insights for expansion, headcount planning, or productivity improvement initiatives. ● Design and maintain automated dashboards and recurring performance reports. ● Mentoring junior team members on technical subjects, assigning work, training, and coaching. ● Work closely with other Departments (i.e. Finance, HR, Operations, IT) to ensure alignment of sales performance metrics. ● Lead projects and key initiatives within Sales Enablement. Requirement & Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related field. ● 4–7 years of experience in sales analytics, business analysis, or commercial performance roles. ● Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic insights ● Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Power Point; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus ● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills ● Have Experience as Project Manager or Coordinator both in Professional Experience or Non-Professional Experience
