We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Strategy and Business Development Lead to drive growth by fostering relationships with strategic customers and partners, shaping our enterprise positioning, and supporting key executive engagements. This role will play a pivotal part in aligning business opportunities with our broader business vision and leading high-impact engagements that showcase our innovation and value.
DESCRIPTION
Strategic Customer & Partner Engagement: Facilitate and manage high-level relationships with strategic customers and partners, identifying joint opportunities and fostering long-term collaborations. Business Strategy Presentation: Serve as a key spokesperson for the company’s enterprise strategy in external-facing engagements, including customer meetings, partner forums, and industry events. Executive Briefing Center (EBC) Content & Agenda Curation: Develop and tailor executive-level briefing content and customized agendas that reflect both customer priorities and Apple’s business strategic goals. Collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure compelling and relevant presentations. Innovation Workshop Facilitation: Lead and facilitate strategic discussions in the Spatial Innovation Lab, driving ideation, solution co-creation, and strategic alignment with customer innovation needs. Apple Spatial Technology Ecosystem Development: Lead business development efforts focused on Apple’s spatial computing technologies, identifying new ecosystem opportunities and driving market engagement. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, and solution engineering to align business development initiatives with product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies. People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on sales strategy, customer engagement, and innovation. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture. Market Insights & Opportunity Identification: Analyze industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive positioning to identify new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
