We’re looking for a Sales Strategy & Compensation Analyst to join our team in the Memphis, Tennessee tri-state area, with a focus on candidates from Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas.
This is a dynamic and essential operations role where you’ll be the expert in all things related to sales compensation and data analysis. You’ll be responsible for maintaining sales incentive plans with extreme accuracy, ensuring that our compensation structures align perfectly with our business goals. You’ll work closely with sales leadership and finance partners, providing critical insights and ensuring the sales organization is paid accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Compensation Management: Administer and maintain sales commission plans using EVERSTAGE, ensuring every plan is mapped and executed correctly. You’ll manage plan adjustments for new hires, promotions, and territory changes, ensuring our compensation operations run smoothly.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Be a master of our sales data. You’ll proactively monitor performance, identify key trends, and develop insightful reports and dashboards. Your data analysis and modeling will directly support strategic decisions, from designing new incentive plans to optimizing territory structures for growth.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to design and deploy effective compensation plans. You’ll use your analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of existing incentives and test the feasibility of new designs, playing a key part in our Go-to-Market strategy.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and streamline processes related to quotas, attainment, and performance. Your work will directly impact our sales team’s efficiency and motivation.
