Position Overview:
Ceribell is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst who is eager to learn and grow. In this role, you’ll support our sales team and play a key part in making our sales processes smarter, more efficient, and more impactful.

Responsibilities
  • Enable data-driven decisions: Build reports, dashboards, and run analyses to support forecasting, performance reviews, program evaluation
  • Optimize sales systems and processes: Customize Salesforce, implement automation, and improve internal tools to streamline processes
  • Collaborate with sales teams: Partner closely with territory managers to translate insights into action
  • Assist in sales strategy projects: Contribute to initiatives like territory planning, quota setting and enablement tools
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, GTM team and HR to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support strategic initiatives: Help drive annual planning, territory design, quota setting, and compensation operations as the team scales
