Responsibilities
  • In your role, you will strengthen our customer relationships and enhance the customer experience
  • You will maintain customer relationships, create account plans, and negotiate sales agreements with the aim of improving profitability and sales
  • Additionally, you will identify sales opportunities and direct them to the appropriate teams, while ensuring sufficient knowledge of products, applications, and services is maintained
  • Further you will be responsible for proactively managing the contracts and profitability of your customer portfolio
  • Your customer portfolio will consist of Linden’s existing clients and the sales activities will primarily follow an in-house model
